Marc Attner – President

Marc is the Co-founder and President of Novius Group.  Marc began his technology career as a software developer in 1982. By 1986, had responsibility for managing the global custody systems of a major international bank and soon after responsible for all back-office trading systems. Marc joined a major international bank in 1991 to manage the development of the new generation of their client communications technology. In 1998, Marc was appointed chief operating officer of a New York based consulting firm, before starting Novius Group in 2003. 

Matt Brewer -  Managing Partner, Sr. Enterprise Architect

Matt is a Senior Infrastructure Architect with over 20 years experience across a range of disciplines:  infrastructure engineering, software development/architecture, business analysis/customer advocacy for IT projects.  His areas of focus include application development, infrastructure deployment and monitoring, project management, and IT-focused discovery and business process analysis.  Matt has successfully delivered a variety of projects and products at numerous Fortune 500 companies in the financial services and retail business verticals.

Neal Carlino – Managing Partner, Product Development

Neal has 25 years of IT project and RFP management experience including enterprise solution engineering focused on discovered business and operational requirements.  Neal has focused on full range IT architecture, process development and operational deployment across numerous platforms including all major vendors.  He has varied experience in application rationalization and infrastructure design, engineering and deployment team leadership, enterprise scale full life cycle project management, operational readiness analysis and service transition process development.

Mark Goldman –  Sales Director

Co-founder of The Novius Group,  Mark began his technology Sales career in 1985 in Business Development, Relationship Management and Recruiting.  Mark is experienced in both direct and channel partner sales with significant experience in the Financial Services and Media verticals.       He supports both staffing services and project solutions for complex environments.

Godfrey Morales – Sr. Enterprise Architect

Godfrey is a seasoned technology architect and solutions provider with over 15 years of industry experience.  He focuses on the Cloud, Desktop and Endpoint engineering stack and has provided his expertise to multiple verticals, such as finance, legal, pharmaceutical, energy, and manufacturing.    Godfrey helps organizations drive innovation by transforming existing and emerging technologies into new service offerings for our clients, helping organizations validate or create actionable IT and business strategy roadmaps.  

Martin Rizek – Engagement Manager

Martin Rizek has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. He has expertise in various areas including software development, application remediation, engineering and deployment. Martin has led large teams and executed projects at multiple major financial, legal and pharmaceutical clients.
